What’s Include in this design package?

Here are the steps in design + build process

  • Consult + Onboarding

    The first steps before any design can be started we will take you through an onboarding process and we gather the necessary information such as address, budget and go through the scope of the design project. Here you will fill out a client profile, we will review the client agreeement and answer any questions you may have before beginning the design process

  • Site Inventory + Analysis

    During this process we will meet onsite to have a better understanding of the existing site conditions and assess the problems and opportunities of the site. Measurements and survey of the land will be collected of the existing site (Site inventory) . All this information will be used to better understand the lay of the land and help us with the design process.

  • Concept Design

    Now the fun part! After all the data from the site is collected we can now being the conceptual design process. During this phase spatial design , conceptual sketches will be done. Once a concept has gone through a few iterations, the concept design will be drawn on AutoCAD and our 3D rendering program to provide the visuals needed to tell the story of your proposed space

  • Design Meeting

  • Master Planning + Tender process
