”We were having a swimming pool installed in the spring of 2021 and in laying out the position of the pool, the construction manager miscalculated the elevation of the pool leaving a large drop off at the end furthest from the house. It was at this point that Marc came into the project. Unlike the construction manager, Marc took a genuine interest in what we had hoped the finished look was to be for the pool area. He carefully explained what errors had been made even stating at one point that he wished they would have called him in for consultation before they broke ground. After taking his own measurements and photos he told us that he'd have a plan ready within a couple days. After Marc left we realized that his sincerity had left us feeling much relieved that someone had finally taken the time to listen to us and also understood our budgetary and timeline concerns. Marc kept his word and within two days came back with a landscape design that provided what we needed and wanted to finish the pool. We signed a contract with him that day and he immediately ordered the materials required which were delivered within another three days. We had wanted a particular coloured stone for the pool deck which we were told was not available due to shortages but Marc managed to locate the product from a supplier in Toronto and had it shipped in right away. The work was started the following week and Marc was present that morning and visited the site often to inspect the progress and troubleshoot issues as the landscape and hardscape work continued. As well as onsite visits we found Marc responded promptly to our telephone and online communications and always worked quickly to address any concerns we had. Marc's professionalism and integrity impressed us very much and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again in the future. I would urge them not to hesitate and call today.
